There are many different neighborhoods and subdivisions within the City of Naples. There are even more of them outside the City of Naples limits...but they are all Naples. Generally, the City of Naples is bounded on the east by US 41, Keewaydin Island to the south, Pelican Bay to the north, and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. Within City limits the most widely recognized neighborhood areas include (running from north to south): Seagate, Parkshore, The Moorings, Coquina Sands, Olde Naples, Royal Harbor, Aqualane Shores, and Port Royal.

Here at allnaples.com, these areas can be identified by the map on our Naples General Information page. These areas are a collection of lakefront, golf course front, navigable waterfront, and non waterfront locations for both single family homes and condominiums.

The homes among these neighborhoods, including waterfront and non-waterfront properties, generally range in price from $500,000 to $6.0+ million (the only area this value range does not apply to is the waterfront and beachfront residences in Port Royal where values generally begin at $4.0+ million and reach values of $65,000,000+). |
|
The condominium prices among these City of Naples neighborhoods, including waterfront and non-waterfront properties, range in price from $300,000 to $10,000,000+. The styles of condominiums range from beachfront high rises to 2-4 story mid-rises, to villas and coach homes. Indeed these are quite wide ranging values and living styles, yet, it illustrates our prime coastal housing areas do offer a variety of opportunities. The one common element to all City of Naples neighborhoods is their convenient location to every amenity Naples has to offer. |
